(2.11-006) Deliberately Exposing a Biome or Orbital Habitat Section to a Vacuum
One can imagine circumstances in which a biome or a section of an Orbital Habitat could be rendered airless and exposed to the vacuum of space.
Such a state of vacuum could be the result of deliberate actions (extinguising a fire) or via and accident such as a puncture or other hull breach.
If the such a section of the is intended to be able to accept a space level vacuum for the this implies the surrounding sections have the structural strength to retain the atmospheric pressure on the newly depressurised bulkheads they share.
