I was wondering if there was anyone who made an actual model of Island One or
Three, like in a picture of O'Neil's office in The High Frontier. Also is
the artist who painted those beautiful color paintings of Island Three selling
reproductions of his works?

Never have heard of such. A rather nice model was made of the Stanford
Torus; I have no idea whatever happened to it.
