I agree. The successful launch of Genesis-1 is certainly the most significant development this year -- and of the decade, it has only to share that honor with the flight of SpaceShipOne. We've now seen more useful progress in the last five years than in the 20 years before that. Let's hope this positive trend continues!

I also agree. Now if we can get a cheap method of accessing orbit, we
can begin the real work of getting off this rock and into the 'real'
environment for an expanding race to live.
