Hate to rain on your idea. By the time it becomes feasable, they'll
be back to where they were thirty odd years ago believing the world
is approaching a new ice age. Then they'll be back to the crackpot
schemes they were advancing to heat the world up rather than cool it
down or keep things the way they claim they are now.
