Leeward Space Foundation is pleased to announce that we are in the final phase of negotiating a contract with the American Institute of Physics (AIP) to publish the proceedings of the 1st Puerto Rico Space Congress. Speakers and presenters at the Congress will have the opportunity to have their presentation published as a paper in the Proceedings. Depending on demand, we will publish the proceedings in one or more of the following three formats:

1) Online via the AIP web site
2) As a paper book available for purchase from AIP
3) As a CD available available for purchase from AIP

The printed book and its online version will have the Volume number in the AIP Conference Proceedings Series, ISSN and ISBN, and will be registered at the Library of Congress.

The publication time will be 8-13 weeks (or sooner) from the submission of the complete manuscript
