There seems to be a lengthy delay between the time I post a message and
the time it appears in the message board as a post - sometimes several
days. Is this normal for this group?

Hi Chris,

Sorry, my bad! In order to shield the group against spammers, recently
I implanted the system of moderating messages of new members. And
since that system is new for me, I didn't realize that I had to
explicitly authorize you to post without moderation. :(

Anyhow, I have just changed your settings, and so now your messages
should appear immediately.

Thanks Lucio.

I was beginning to wonder if I was part of a "communication delay"
experiment like they're conducting in the Russian Mars Mission
simulation.
