On Earth the limiting factor is driver reaction time, not traction. Highly trained drivers in specialized cars do 200 mph in traffic. People fill the stands by the thousands to watch.

So what? Oh, and you blew your reference, since No Mars Rover I ever heard of EVER traveled at 4 or any mph on the moon. Regardless of traffic, signs or overpasses.
