NASA rethought faster, better, cheaper a long long time ago when two Mars spacecraft failed. Havent heard that phrase at Ames for many, many years.

NASA rethought faster, better, cheaper a long long time ago when two Mars spacecraft failed. Havent heard that phrase at Ames for many, many years.
