$100 billion waste of money.Attach an ion rocket to it, to keep its orbit from decaying. Or a vasimr rocket,to do both that and test the vasimr rocket concept.Then, either put the station in mothballs, and/or send it out of LEO and into alunar orbit. Or maybe a *very* high orbit, well beyond GEO, such that its orbitwill never decay.
