What kind of song? :-)

Do you have any association contacts for russian engineers that could
respond in english..?

I will need to start acquiring more engineers shortly and might as well get
the best deal i can...besides, russian engineers have learned to work with
shoe string budgets, something I'll need.

Instead of cash I am offering a complete inclusive lifestyle on a tropical
island, food, entertainment, housing, utilities, etc. in exchange for
productive developments.

I figure winter is coming up soon so that will help motivate as well :-)

Any contacts?

A few tens of thousands a year, I think.

I don't know if this is a good contact, but Mikhail S. Ivanov heads a
CFD lab in Novosibirsk (or used to). His email may be
ivanov@....

The materials in one asteroid (the largest ) are sufficient to make
orbital space colonies with ~500 times the surface area of the Earth in
usable real estate. See http://lifesci3.arc.nasa.gov/SpaceSettlement/
for details.

Thanks for the email...I'll try it. Any other sources that you can think of?
