SSI needs your help. The year-end campaign is one of SSI's most
important funding efforts (second only to the SSI Senior Associate
program). Your membership support during the year is crucial to our
continued successes. Please consider a generous year end donation to
help us meet our current obligations and to fund an aggressive research
program for 2006. SSI hopes to continue it research efforts in asteroid
detection, mass-drivers and colony design, but we need your help! This
is the only request for funding you will receive for this campaign, we
do not spend money on follow up reminders or telephone-bank

I just checked ssi.org to see if I could make a contribution through
the site. The site has a new format, but there doesn't seem to be a way
to make a contribution yet. Anyway, it's nice to see some signs of
activity.
