He3 from Moon regolith

Unfortunately it is possible that HE3 will not be needed for fusion
reactors, and that boron-photon reactors could be built instead for a
fraction of the cost. Mr Bussard's Inertial Electrostatic Confinement Fusion
seems a good alternative at present. As do the old SSPS studies.
