He3 from Moon regolith

The slide I'm looking at reads as follows:
Aluminum: 7%
Calcium: 8%
Iron: 13%
Magnesium: 6%
Oxygen: 42%
Silicon: 21%
Other: 3%

I don't see He3 listed. Must be part of Other. Now, I know there's
some titanium in there, and I've heard that there's enough hydrogen
that it could be throwing off the attempts to find water. So all in
all, I'm guess that the percentage of He3 is far, far below 1%.

So I have a sneaking suspicion that, by the time you've processed
enough Lunar regolith to get enough He3 to make a dent in the Earth's
energy needs, you'll have processed enough Lunar regolith to have
built several powersats and make an even bigger dent in the Earth's
energy needs (and that's assuming you can get the fusion reactors to
work).
