Well, what is Mylar? It's a sheet of plastic with aluminum deposited
on it. This would be a sheet of plastic with electronics deposited on
it. And yeah, it'd probably be made in square-metre panels in a
manufacturing facility, with the hull-hugging robots only used to
install them. But I doubt that it would be made by some specialized
"LED panel-making machine." Remember, we're basically talking an ink
jet printer here. So what this panel is, basically, is a poster.
When you go to the poster-making factory, you don't see a specialized
"Waikiki As Seen From The Royal Hawaiian Hotel At Sunset" machine and
a specialized "Cute Baby Elephant With Silly Hat" machine and a
specialized "Sexy Girl In Bikini" machine. No, they have a printer
print those out as they need them, and others besides. So the printer
that prints LED panels will probably be the same printer that prints
PV panels and several other things as well.

It's just printing.
