True. Of course, you were going to be building an electrical
generating facility anyway. So build it a bit bigger.

But of course all of this depends on the ability to crank out LED
panels as cheaply as some of the alternatives (i.e. glass with
appropriate coatings). If producing the panels is anywhere near as
expensive as it was for the people building the FSE, then forget it.
