Why not check out the C2 site. You can, at the least,
reach quite a few people, [there are about 8 1/2 million members]
-even start your own discussion group, set up a petition, or...?

P.S. Scare tactics such as the threat of San Andreas,
Cumbre Vieja, and Yellowstone, to name a few,
don't seem to inspire much in the way of action.
Probably because there is no certain date attached.

However, the Methane Hydrate chain reaction
seems to have an in-your-lifetime-certainty about
it that ought to get people upset enough to actually
spur some action.
