I was trying for a 'for dummies' approach (something even a politician could
understand) that even in the worst case scenario, even if you launch it all
from earth, even if you double costs, it still makes economic sense. Sure I
could prove it would cost less than that (lunar resources et all) but
complex explanations take time. I believe it best to get the basic hook in
first in a reasonably clear and presentable form.
