Perhaps, but it takes all kinds to make a world.

I'm sure you're right in the vast majority of cases. But some minority
might decide they like the idea of them all looking like Arnold
Schwarzenegger. They might argue that it's healthier overall (the SF
assumption that lower G would extend lifespans has yet to be validated).
They might argue that when the super-advanced high-G space drives
finally come along, they'll be able to exploit them better than those
tooth-pick-thin wimps who went in for low or 0-G.

But yeah, I'd expect those who go in for low or 0-G to be a greater
majority in comparison to those going for >1 G.
