You would continue in basically a straight line. (Exactly a straight
line if you were in a vacuum and there were no effects of gravity.)
Since your frame of reference is rotating, you would appear to
curve. Locally, it's indistinguishable from gravity. Once you're
looking at two points where the direction to the center of rotation
has changed noticeably, it's distinguishable from gravity just as
linear acceleration is distinguishable from the earth's gravity when
you're looking at places far enough apart that the direction to the
center of the earth is noticeably different.
