Of course not, we've only worked on them a couple of decades with pretty
minor effort. Consider the effort that went into the colonization of
Europe (from Africa in prehistoric times). It probably took thousands
of years and killed perhaps millions of people. By comparison,
colonization of space is relatively easy and will involve very few
causualties. Also by comparison, the resources of space are at least 3-6
orders of magnitude greater than those of Europe.

vacation in space if it were cheap enough
