One comment I got on the SSI list regarded my concern that the Russians
might be upset by any proposal to move ISS to an equatorial orbit. They
said maybe since the Russians are fixing to have access to French Guiana
for launch, maybe they wouldn't be as bothered by the idea. (Although I
recently heard that launch site is pretty far behind schedule right
now.)
