The other part is that the reciever has no way to know the state has been
determined until he looks, at which point he cannot know if he's reading a
state sent to him, or has just sent a message the other way. Hence he can
only be certain a message has even been sent when a radio signal arrives
telling him so.

Which is something that still makes my head hurt when I think about it.
However I believe this is a *prediction* extrapolated from relativity, and
that while relativity has been tested directly, this has not. Has this
prediction ever been measured? Or is it junk-science because it's based upon
junk-technology like the FTL-radio?
