I don't get it.
It you have a wormhole with local time at earth (A) at 2012 and the
other end in Alpha (B) at 2008, a message won't pass from 2012 to
2008 at A, but from 2020(A) to 2008(B). Since time is relative and it
only makes sense locally, you haven't gone back in time but just
change relative frames of measuring.

Now, if you get the other en back to earth, mounth A would be in 2016
(of A) and mouth B would be in 2008 (of B), but both measures are
equivalent to 2016 (of A). If you go from A to B you won't go back to
2008 of A but 2008 of A but of B. To resolve the paradox you just has
to realize then that the clock in B is off time and had to adjust to
A.

So, I don't get the paradox.

The point is simple, to go back in time you has to do it with respect
to a local framework of reference. You can go back and forth from a
point A to B and viceversa without breaking local causality at speed
fastest that light. In other words, causality is a law more flexible
than the Einstein's interpretation of simultaneous events.
