Hitssquad is a troll. Please ban him.

Hitssquad seems happy to bounce back and forthe betweeen SSI_List and
Spacesettlers so I am sending this to both list owners.

I ask you to consider whether hitsquad is a troll, and if you agree,
to kick him off. Evidence that Hitsquad is a troll:

He asks a question. I answer it. He ignores the answer (and everything
else I wrote) and asks exactly the same question.
He doesn't disagree, or ask for clarifacation, or express an opinion
as to why he thinks I am wrong.

Words fail me when it comes to the (I must assume) *deliberate* lack
of insight of this straw man arguement.
*Though I'm sure its over engineered, I question whether the solar
panels on the ISS really weighs 100tons by themselves.
*I'm almost certain they don't represent half the total cost of the
station's accumulated lifetime budget
*Scaling linearly (even if true) from these two 'facts' would be
beyond any reasonable boundry of accidental foolishness.

This is only a tip of the iceberg, as examination of his posts either
list will show. Used here because they are recent and so close together.
