What you *said* was "Planes can't run on hydrogen." Perhaps what you
*meant* was "Running planes on hydrogen is a really bad idea."

The statement you *actually made* is incorrect, however correct what
you *wished to convey* might be. No amount of ranting about rubber
bands can change this.

That said, I tend to be a big fan of synthetic hydrocarbons made of
CO2 pulled out of the atmosphere and hydrogen (and I'm happy to have
that done by algae, nanotech, or weird chemistry).
