The first focus should be colonization of the Moon. Starships with pulsed
nuclear propulsion can subsequently be made to provide fast and regular
transit to Mars. ( Can nuclear propulsion be used for small space ships?
There could be problems in limiting the g forces. Why not experiment with
regular explosives also? Make balls of explosives like grenades and shoot
them in the front of reaction plates)
