Interesting, unfortunately when we've looked previously with telescopes for traped matter in the L4, L5 points, called Kordylewski clouds we haven't found anything. Telescopes were inconclusive and the Hiten Japanese spacecraft specifically flew through the moon's L4 and L5 points and found no increase in dust, it was specifically looking to. There could possibly be other trapped meteroids that we haven't seen yet which could be a very big resource to tap as one of the problems of meteroid capture is aerobraking into orbit, but with L4 and L5 you already are in orbit.
