he is right. the strongest real impetus for space colonization is
real estate for micro nations.
let the socialists and commies and republi cons and dummycats have
themselves a nice private new planet to have their own versions of utopia (dystopia to the rest of us) on.Yes, even one for the BDSM folks and the gay folks, and etc. Everybody wants a civilization their way.Can't happen on earth. can happen in space.
And no "not in my backyard" counter movement to worry about.
