How could this concept be modified to provide power on the moon?
It wouldn't work as described for zero-g operation, but the components seemed
easier to make than solar panels. Could this concept be usef on the moon?

Never heard of that "Dyson-Harrop satellite" concept. I think that (as the
artcile discusses) it is impractical for delivering power to Earth. On the
other hand, it may be interesting for habitats in the asteroid belt,
particularly considering that many asteroids have orbits somehow inclined
relatively to the ecliptic plane...
