Yes, now, but that won't always be the case. Ultimately the population
off Earth will vastly outnumber the population on it. That's just
population dynamics -- when a new niche becomes available, the
population expands within it until it starts hitting resource limits.
The rest of the solar system is a huge niche and full of resources, so
from a 50,000-foot level, this outcome is inevitable (once the
technology to colonize it becomes available).
