Argh, I should have known you would purposely misunderstand. Let me try
to be perfectly clear and use small words:
1. First you must establish the colonies.
2. Then you can stake claims around each one.
I was asking for your detailed plan to do the above, not implying that
once you have a plan, you can skip to step 2.
