Yeah, when I mentioned it to a friend similarly interested in space, with the vagueness of their statement, he had hoped it was a plan to harvest the anti matter from the Van Allen belts for energy. Having been unfamiliar, I looked it up.
Though they mention its use to fuel future space craft.
