Bernal, not Barnal. Some of that UFO tech would be nice.
Spinning is a better way to provide artificial gravity than
electrostatics, but maybe the UFO tech can handle that too.
Actually, I think utility fog could make for some nice
artificial gravity. I do like the idea of the
infrastructure under the open areas (The Magic Kingdom at
Walt Disney World uses such a system). For the most part,
they don't need any "drive" because they just stay in orbit.
habitats are actually built, they will most likely be
different, even surprisingly different, than the designs he
himself put forth.
