I checked out ASF and don't see anything relating to raising money.
The description states:

The Alpha Space Foundation, or ASF, was started to combat the
asteroid/comet impact problem. The horses it will gird to ride into
this battle are: Describe the problem to the general public; Detect
all asteroids and comets in near Earth spaces that are big enough to
destroy a city; Divert/Destroy those found to be on an
Earth-impacting orbit; and Dodge - into a space settlement to escape
from a gargantuan asteroid or comet that is too big or discovered too
late to divert or destroy. ASF will team with Alpha Space Products to
raise the money needed to outfit these four horses.

I am very interested in "investigating a foundation/business network
concentrating on fund raising" for space ventures, but ASF as
described above seems to have significantly narrower focus. It seems
aimed specifically at the "asteroid/comet impact problem".
