New space themed movie coming this fall!!!

The film, as far as I can tell, depicts this Elysium Initiative as
corporate, not government-sponsored. The implication of the PR website is
that building the torus colony is so expensive, and the price of real
estate so high, that only the super-rich can afford to live there. Matt
Damon's character says in the trailer "I have got to get to Elysium," I
believe because he has health problems that can only be addressed by the
life extension technology available on Elysium. I don't think that
Damon's character wants to destroy Elysium.
