That depends entirely on the specific type of work being done- IT, secretarial , data entry and waldo-work can all be done as easily or easier in freefall as under Earth G.
Again, this depends entirely upon whom you ask- personally, millions of us would strongly disagree with this statement. For those of us who are disabled with bad backs, severe arthritis, and other gravity exacerbating maladies Earth Gravity is a decidedly BAD thing.

While this may be true in theory, in practice youll find far more vertically oriented cities in space than on Earth where gravity selects against extreme verticality.
