For maximum physical productivity, top speed isn't very important. Acceleration is the key factor -- in all three dimensions. For this reason, if the UPS Worldport facility were duplicated on the moon, we can reasonably expect it would operate at 1/6th the 1.6 million packages/day speed it currently operates at on Earth, or 265,000 packages/day:
