Maybe magnetic moonboots would hold passengers in place on the floor as the elevator car is accelerated (using vacuum v- air pressure?) to desired speed and decelerated in the same manner. Seems like that would make your calculations meaningless. Just because gravity is X it doesnt mean that Humans necessarilly have to allow it to act upon them in an unaltered manner. Just as on Earth, man is adept at manipulating his environment in order to further his desires, so too would it be on the Moon, Mars or Jupiter.

Speaking of elevators, how do you imagine would an elevator in such a building work? Would it fall at half a Moon-g until it reached the half-way point, at which point it would decelerate at the same rate giving the passengers the perception of 2 Moon-g's? If so, it would take about 3.6 seconds to complete a 4-meter vertical trip vs. only about 1.8 seconds for a similar 4-meter vertical trip on Earth.
