Zero-G Water Question

I'm thinking that it would NOT adhere to your inner surface UNLESS there's a
spin on your sphere. Otherwise, your water will form a floating 'drop' of
water with a strong surface tension that will resist it separating. Niven
dealt with this in 'The Smoke Ring' and 'The Integral Trees', where a huge
torus of uncontained atmosphere has developed it's own 'biosphere' in
freefall. Huge 'droplet' lakes float about and occassionaly impact an
integral tree, watering the trunk and then running both in and out to the
tufts at the terminal ends of the trunks. Of course, this is still
conjecture, but you can bet a truckload of bippies on the fact that Niven
researched the question deeply before building a story around it.

Don't know the answers, I'm not sure anyone does, but I do remember videos
of astronauts playing with blobs of water. If you can find them, it might
give you some hints as to water dynamics in 0g.
