Pardon brevity. You are mistaken. "It didn't speak..." was in context of
your 15 year old study. It mentions 6 billion tons co2 contribution per
year circa 1998. But its comparison is fallaciously spatial, not temporal,
so it was non sequitor for you to have added it in at all.
