Chris Lewicki's new asteroid-mining talk (was Real estate is what it)

I've heard of the company, it's backed by James Cameron, interesting talk, I am very hopeful for their project. NASA should make their job even easier when they carry out the asteroid grab for lunar orbit. It would make investors less skittish when they see it can actually be done.
