This is not only impossible, its not desirable.

Your body, and every living plant and animal in existence, if full of bacteria and viruses. There are a LOT more bacteria cells inside of you than there are human cells and 10x as many viruses as bacteria cells. Many of these (for instance in the gut) are vital to your survival, even if you could somehow remove them from your body which you cant. The nasties, of course, are completely mixed in with everything else at a very small scale.

So, bacteria and viruses are going to go everywhere any plants or animals go.

Pollen, fungi and viruses, and some insects, are so small they can be in the tiniest crack or hole in anything. They are going to get around too.

Its a messy world and that will be true of space settlements
