First manned mission to Mars should be all women?

It will be good to know how the crew fared in terms of relationships. In
the Biosphere 2 experiment, it appears people were barely on speaking terms
by the time the experiment ended.

Tempers can be influenced by work load. In the case of Biosphere 2 it could
have also been influenced by deteriorating environmental conditions.

Designing a proper social environment for families and society to prosper
in, (without individuals developing suicidal tendencies) is going to be
crucial for the success of closed systems. Experiments for this purpose can
be conducted by simulating different physical and social conditions in
habitats on Earth.

Are there space novels, with very descriptive writing, which try to
describe a realistic social environment in a realistic space hab?
