Venus isn't entirely without hydrogen; there are small amounts of HCl,
HF, H2SO4, and H2S in the atmosphere. And even trace amounts of water
vapor (maybe 20-30 ppm) -- not a lot, but with patience and industrial
processes, you can get it.

I thought these questions were pretty well answered by now. At the very
least, there are large amounts of hydrogen (and this is likely to be
mainly in the form of water ice).
