Uh, in fact I was not proposing a new model of sail, I was proposing a
method for avoiding the need to despin a meteoroid... The sails that my
system would use could be either the ones that Al Globus proposes in his
paper (http://www.nas.nasa.gov/~globus/papers/AsterAnts/paper.html ) or your
plasma sails... Please refer to message #1095 for more information on the
problem.
