feedback needed on TEDx talk

A few lines on the development of an efficient biosphere to recycle waste
and provide food, without having to depend on frequent resupplies from
Earth will not be out of order.

I remember there was a study which suggested that CELSS begins to become more cost-effective than Earth-resupply for any setup which operates for more than 8 years. And I dont know anyone who would build a hotel who wouldnt intend for it to operate much longer than 8 years.
