Paul Birch's supramundane worlds

Perhaps the trick is to "float" your floor on the gas of the gas giants
themselves. So rather than one rigid structure it's really a bunch of
interconnected floating sections.

I doubt this work work on Jupiter (gravity would be too high), but I bet
it could work on Saturn, Uranus, and maybe Neptune.

Anybody want to run the numbers? (Not me, I need to get back to work!)
