Usiiiiiinnnggg biosolids (but not the pee),
OK I'd better stop now. I suppose the biosolids could be subjected to a very high temperature, 250 C or such, and good bacteria re-introduced. That should take care of the bad bacteria problem. What exactly to do about the drugs and metals I'm not sure.
