Jeff Bezos Dreams of a 1970s Future

It's curious how the author complains about "muh closed ecosystem
intricacies" but doesn't concede that the only way to learn with them is
actually building habitats and seeing what problems they will face.

Besides, no one really expect the first habitats to be fully closed
ecosystems. Heck, I don't expect even habitats for centuries in the future
to be 100% closed, unless they are interstellar multigeneration ships or
something.

If the sci-fi space cities of Bezoss Blue Origin look familiar, its because theyre derived from the work of his college professor, the late physicist Gerard ONeill.
