License stuff for Collaborative Project

Hi,
My, new web site at http://www.InnerTransit.org> is starting to come
up. Not quite ready to do anything yet but some of the pages are
viewable when they are not showing error messages because I am working
on them.

When I was looking around for the type of license to put my software
under, I noticed that the open source variations where incompatable with
my goals and most probably with the goals of the projects we will be
doing.

I suggest that all projects be done with SSI retaining all ownership but
we will need to refer to or post SSI's charter with reguard to
intellectual property rights. Is this available to be viewed?
